Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to remove approximately 1.3 million gallons of accumulated sludge and sediment from two sewage lagoons at the Camp Gruber Training Center, then restore the lagoons to 90 % of their design capacity. The work includes excavation, disposal of hazardous material, installation of bentonite liners, and site grading, and must be completed within 180 calendar days after mobilization.
