The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is soliciting electronic bids for the interior and plumbing renovation of the Martha K. Glaze Regional Youth Detention Center (RYDC) in Hampton, GA. The scope includes demolition of existing gypsum ceilings, walls, doors, and plumbing; removal and replacement of main plumbing lines; reconstruction of CMU walls, doors, and frames; installation of new gypsum ceilings, light fixtures, and a new shower hub layout; and related trade services. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference/site visit on October 1, 2026, submit questions by October 9, 2026, and deliver a complete e‑Builder bid package by October 20, 2026.
