Brand Name Only – Verathon GlideScope Core 15 Airway Visualization Systems

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide four Verathon GlideScope Core 15 FHD airway visualization systems, along with associated accessories and extended warranties, for the G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and configuring the systems, as well as providing on-site training and warranty coverage. The systems must meet specific technical and cybersecurity requirements, and the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide new, original-manufacturer systems and warranty coverage. • The contractor must deliver all equipment to the designated staging area at the G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery VAMC. • The contractor must unpack, assemble, install, and configure all systems according to manufacturer specifications. • The contractor must provide on-site training covering system operation, troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance. • The contractor must ensure all personnel meet applicable safety and credentialing requirements for access to VA facilities.
