The Small Business Administration (SBA) is seeking quotations for Regional Innovation Clusters to strengthen domestic industrial and manufacturing capacity. The SBA contemplates awarding multiple, single-award, firm-fixed price contracts. Quoters must demonstrate their ability to support small businesses, create and expand cluster networks, and provide reports.
