Description
The County is seeking qualified contractors to design‑build and construct a reinforced‑concrete steel‑faced (R.C.S.F.) span bridge at N 151st St W over the Eagle Drainage Ditch, including associated grading, seeding, and guardrail installation. The project covers approximately 0.11 mile of roadway improvements and requires delivery of a complete bridge structure, earthwork, pavement, and safety features in accordance with county specifications.
• Scope includes bridge superstructure, sub‑structure, roadway grading, asphalt/ag‑base paving, concrete pavement, guardrails, and storm‑water pipe work.
• Bids must be submitted by 1:45 PM CT on November 3 2026, with a minimum 5 % bid bond payable to the County Clerk.
• One set of paper contract documents will be provided to the awardee; all plans are available electronically for download.
