The Oregon Business Development Department is seeking a consultant to develop an economic development strategic plan for the Oregon Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) industry. The plan should guide efforts in retaining and growing the UAS industry in the State of Oregon. The scope of work includes developing a comprehensive strategic plan, conducting market research, and providing recommendations for industry growth and development. The proposal should include a project implementation plan, project timeline and budget, and information on the proposer's experience and qualifications.
• The proposal should be submitted electronically through the OregonBuys system.
• The proposal should include all required attachments, including the proposer information and certification sheet, disclosure exemption affidavit, and reference check form.
• The proposer should demonstrate their understanding of the UAS industry and their ability to develop a comprehensive strategic plan.
