68--NOTICE OF INTENT

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to award a sole source contract for Retardant On-Demand (ROD) services to Perimeter Solutions LP. The contract will be a firm-fixed price order against the USDA Forest Service's National Blanket Purchase Agreement. The long-term fire retardant to be furnished must be qualified and approved on the Qualified Products List (QPL) in accordance with the USDA Forest Service.
