The Riverside Unified School District is seeking qualified contractors to remodel the first floor of the Brockton office building in Riverside, CA. The work is divided into three separate bid categories—Electrical & Low‑Voltage (C10), HVAC (C20), and a General Package (B)—and will be performed under a public‑works contract that requires prevailing‑wage compliance, performance and payment bonds, and a 10 % bid security. The project includes demolition, interior finish upgrades, new HVAC systems, fire‑alarm installation, accessibility improvements, and site‑work such as grading and paving.
