Description
The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for Shop Tool Cabinets in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the contractor with the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation. The contractor must provide two types of tool cabinets: Westward Black Tool Cabinet 32H856 and Westward Blue Tool Cabinet 32H854. The contractor is responsible for shipping the cabinets to Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299. The Government requires on-time delivery, and failure to comply with the contractual delivery schedule may result in termination of the order.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the tool cabinets.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor must use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing and payment requests.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
