Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide pay stations for conservation and parks. The contract period is from 1/1/2025 to 9/30/2026. The solicitation requires suppliers to submit their quotes electronically through Alabama Buys. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time.
• The supplier must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State of Alabama can enjoy open trade.
