The Department of Public Safety's Driver License Division is seeking a contractor to provide a Failure To Appear System (FTA System) and related services. The FTA System will be used by political subdivisions as a collection and enforcement tool, allowing them to restrict a violator's ability to renew their driver's license until outstanding violations are resolved. The system must be hosted by the contractor and provide the necessary functionality for political subdivisions to manage and enforce failure to appear cases. The contractor will be compensated based on fees authorized under Tex. Transp. Code Chapter 706, with a current fee of $10.00 per case. • The FTA System must be able to restrict a violator's ability to renew their driver's license until outstanding violations are resolved. • The system must be hosted by the contractor and provide the necessary functionality for political subdivisions to manage and enforce failure to appear cases. • The contractor will be compensated based on fees authorized under Tex.
