The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing a small‑business‑set‑aside RFQ for the procurement of brand‑name Skydio X10 unmanned aircraft systems, associated 3D‑scan software licenses, and 150 W batteries. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price delivery order awarded to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA).
