Mount Prospect Monument Signage- Construction Inspection Request for Proposals

The Village of Mount Prospect is seeking a consultant to provide construction inspection services for the installation of monument signage at two key points in the Village. The project includes metal and stone work, landscaping, lighting, and irrigation. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as creating a preconstruction meeting agenda, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, coordinating with private utility companies, and ensuring the contractor adheres to the project schedule. • The project is expected to enhance the Village's character by constructing top-quality infrastructure. • The consultant will work closely with Village staff and the contractor to ensure the project is completed successfully. • The project includes two locations: Busse Road & I-90 and Rand Road & Business Center Drive. • The consultant will be paid using Village Funds, and there are no State or Federal funds included in this project.
