Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Detroit Maintenance Garage roof replacement project. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes various phases such as study, program analysis, schematic design, preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and construction administration - field services. The contractor must demonstrate experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• The project requires the contractor to provide professional services, including design, construction administration, and other related services.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan and must assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal.
• The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received because of this Request for Proposals.
• The contractor must submit a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The proposal must be submitted electronically through the State of Michigan Procurement System (SIGMA VSS).
