Budget estimate

$20,000 – $100,000

Based on typical municipal emergency demolition contracts for single‑family structures in the Detroit area, the scope (hazardous debris removal, lead‑line coordination, backfill, and compliance documentation) usually falls in the $20,000‑$100,000 range. Smaller, straightforward demolitions may be near the low end, while extensive hazardous‑material handling and backfill from approved sources can push the price toward the high end.
