The State of California, through the Office of Emergency Services, is seeking owners or authorized agents to lease commercial space in Susanville that can accommodate office, warehouse, and storage yard functions, plus eight non‑exclusive parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑hazard‑free, comply with California Building Code, Title 24, seismic and ADA standards, be near public transportation, and satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirements.
