Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is soliciting quotes for the procurement of Helmets, Clothing, and Individual Equipment in support of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the country of Kenya under Case ZB-B-VAF. The requirement is for brand name or equal supplies, and new equipment only. The vendor will prepare the shipment, but the Government will pay for the shipping costs. The quotes must be valid for 90 days, and the Government reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts.
• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
• The evaluation of quotes will be based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
• The offeror must demonstrate that they can meet the specifications provided in the solicitation.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide their CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identification code with their quote submission.
