Workshops will focus on resilience, emerging technologies, economic security, trusted supply chains, and democratic governance, with three held in Taipei and one in southern Taiwan. • Scope: Plan, execute, and report on four international capacity‑building workshops (≈18‑month performance period). • Deliverables: Venue contracts, participant lists, travel itineraries, interpretation services, AV setup, workshop materials, post‑event evaluation reports, final program report. • Eligible applicants: U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits, NGOs, think‑tanks, academic institutions, professional associations, event‑management firms (must be nonprofit prime). • Funding: Cooperative agreement, $400‑$450 k, covering all direct costs; cost‑sharing not required. • Timeline: Application due 31 Aug 2026; project start 1 Oct 2026; completion by 31 Mar 2028. • Oversight: AIT and GCTF partners will approve key decisions (venue, speakers, agenda, logistics). • Reporting: Quarterly financial and performance reports; final report due 120 days after project close.

Budget estimate

$400,000 – $500,000

The NOFO specifies an award range of $400,000 to $450,000 USD. Assuming typical administrative overhead and possible cost‑share adjustments, the realistic budget to the prime contractor will fall within that band, with a modest possibility of a slight increase up to $500,000 if the awardee requests additional allowable costs during the performance period. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of participants, travel expenses, venue costs in Taipei vs. southern Taiwan, and the extent of interpretation and AV services required.
