Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, is seeking to purchase PSCAD simulation software. The software will be used to support protection engineers in performing power system studies to develop or verify protection system settings. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Nayak Corporation, the only authorized United States distributor for Manitoba Hydro International products. The contractor shall provide the PSCAD software with the following capabilities: one PSCAD V5, Initializer, Power System Importer (PRSIM) with Power System Simulator (PSS/E), and Enerplot license, and sixteen parallel simulations. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
Key features of the job include:
• Providing PSCAD software with the required capabilities
• Delivering the software package to the Central Valley Operations Office
• Complying with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
• Providing a certificate license or hardware lock
• Providing an instruction manual
The period of performance for the contract is 10 business days after the contract award.
