Djibouti Car Lease

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency, Middle East Djibouti (NCISRA MEDJ) is seeking to lease four V-6 4x4 Sports Utility Vehicles for a base period of one year, with four option periods. The contract will require the vehicles to operate in extremely rough terrain, high temperatures, and low-quality roads. The contractor will be responsible for providing new vehicles, maintaining them, and replacing them if necessary. The government is seeking input from industry on recommended NAICS for this procurement. • The contractor must provide vehicles that meet the required specifications, including being left-hand drive and having a full tank of gas. • The contractor must maintain the vehicles and replace them if necessary. • The government will have the right to extend the term of the contract in accordance with FAR 52.217-9. • The contractor must provide a reputable vehicle accident and breakdown response service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. • The contractor must provide insurance for the vehicles, with coverage for accidents, on or off road, whether or not another party is involved.
