The Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified contractor to provide and install new flooring for the Kirtley Annex located at 117 East Third Street, Owensboro, KY 42303. The project includes removing carpet and VCT in design areas and replacing vinyl, carpet, and cove base on the first floor. The contractor must provide a manufacturer's warranty and a one-year labor warranty. The bid must include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, and other costs necessary to complete the work.
