Variomill Maintenance Agreement

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for an annual maintenance agreement for VarioMill and VarioMetric. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Varioscale, INC. The contract is being sole sourced because VarioScale owns the proprietary rights to all data, schematics, and has in-house trained and licensed technical personnel as well as a stockpile of repair/replacement parts. • The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The offeror must provide a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. • The solicitation is being issued pursuant to Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
