Description
The Troy School District is seeking bids for elementary bathroom renovations. The project involves renovations at the Troy School District – BP#1D Elementary. Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected or alternatively in person to Carson, Robert of the School District. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit, a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship, and a sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement.
• The bid submission deadline is December 16th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
• A public bid opening will be held on December 16th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at 1140 Rankin St, Troy, Michigan 48083.
• The public bid opening may also be attended virtually.
• Bids must include all required sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
