Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking a vendor to supply brand‑new vehicles of any type, model year, or brand on an “as‑needed” basis for use across all city departments. The contract will be awarded either by individual line‑item or total bid, with prices fixed for the model year but adjustable for manufacturer cost changes. Deliveries must be FOB Destination with freight prepaid to the city’s motor pool. While no specific quantity is guaranteed, the city expects to procure multiple vehicles over the contract period and will evaluate bidders on price, delivery capability, experience, and compliance with federal and local statutes (including DBE, Davis‑Bacon, and FTA requirements).
