The City of Cape Coral is seeking proposals for a public-private partnership opportunity for the improvement of the Yacht Club Community Park. The park is a 16.6-acre waterfront area that was damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022. The city is looking for a developer to partner with to redevelop the site, which could include construction, operation, and maintenance of the park.
