Description
The City of Grants Pass is seeking bids for the construction of the FY27 Overlays project. The project includes cold plane pavement removal, installation of approximately 2,345 tons of asphalt paving, miscellaneous utility adjustments, concrete sidewalk, and ramp installation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026. Bidders must be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statute 279C.430 or the Grants Pass Municipal Code. The project is expected to be completed within 20 days after a written notice to proceed is issued by the Engineering Division.
• The project requires the removal of existing pavement and the installation of new asphalt paving.
