Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Nanosonics Inc for a base year with four options years. The contract is for the full service and maintenance of nine Nanosonics Trophon2 Systems at the VA Pittsburgh Medical Center. The systems provide automated High-Level Disinfection (HLD) for ultrasound probes. The contractor will be responsible for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and 24/7 technical telephone support.
• The contractor must provide OEM parts and follow manufacturer specifications.
• The contractor must have a fully qualified Field Service Engineer (FSE) to perform the maintenance services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.
• The contractor must provide documentation of all maintenance services performed, including equipment downtime and detailed descriptions of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures.
