BJA FY 25 Invited to Apply - National Ashanti Alert Network Training and Technical Assistance Program

This opportunity seeks to establish and modernize alerting systems and processes, consistent with the National Ashanti Alert Act, to assist with the reporting and location of missing adults over the age of 17. The project requires close coordination with state, local, and federal officials responsible for maintaining and operating the National Emergency Alert System and National Wireless Emergency Alerts. The key aspects of this project include: • Establishing and modernizing alerting systems and processes • Coordinating with state, local, and federal officials • Assisting with the reporting and location of missing adults over the age of 17 • Operating within the guidelines of the National Ashanti Alert Act Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning the National Ashanti Alert Network are able and eligible to apply.
