Description
The Kent ISD is seeking proposals for Network Electronics projects at twelve buildings. The selected vendor/contractor will be responsible for providing the configuration and system quantities to all locations stated, and must meet jointly with representatives of the District to exchange information and agree on details of equipment arrangements and installation interfaces. The project is expected to be completed between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award different portions of the project to separate vendors/contractors.
Some key points to consider:
• The project includes the installation of Network Electronics at twelve buildings
• The selected vendor/contractor must provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance
• The project is conditional upon receiving written notification of approval for E-Rate Funding
• The District reserves the right to reduce the contract amount by reducing the amount of services and/or products in order to meet budget requirements
