Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pumping Station

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is soliciting bids for the construction of the Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pumping Station. The project includes demolition of the existing WWPS and generator room, construction of a new wet well and valve-vault–style pump station, and site improvements. The project also includes construction of associated gravity sewer, low-pressure sewer force main, and water main improvements. • The project requires the construction of a new electrical and control building with associated electrical, controls, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • The project includes site improvements such as grading, paving, fencing and gates, landscaping, and stormwater best management practices. • Bids must be submitted on the WSSC supplier portal prior to the due date. • Questions and submittals must be submitted on the WSSC supplier portal via online discussions.
