PLATE ASSEMBLY,STAU

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to refurbish a plate assembly, specifically the Stau plate assembly. The assembly must be refurbished to meet the requirements of the Kollmorgen drawing 064405 and parts list PL064405. The contractor must ensure that all parts of the assembly are properly marked with a material identification code, heat/heat lot code, or unique contractor traceability number/code. The contractor must also maintain traceability of these markings to each unit throughout the refurbishment process. The refurbishment process includes inspection, disassembly, and reassembly of the plate assembly. The contractor must also perform various tests, including hydrostatic pressure tests and intergranular corrosion tests, to ensure that the assembly meets the specified requirements.
