Hat, Main Rotor Pylo

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking quotations for the procurement of twenty-five (25) Hat, Main Rotor Pylo items. The items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. The contractor must also provide photos of packaging and/or items if quoting new surplus items. Some key points to consider are: * The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. * All parts shall be NEW approved parts, but "New Surplus" will be considered with traceability to the OEM and approval from Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Engineering. * The contractor shall notify the USCG of any changes that potentially have an impact on the product. * The contractor shall retain all records in accordance with FAR 4.7 Contractor Records Retention. * The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component. * The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) with each delivery. * Full and clear traceability must be provided with delivery of each part.
