Description
The Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Year 1 (2025-2026) project involves furnishing all labor and materials necessary for cleaning, videoing, and lining sanitary sewers using the Cured-In-Place Pipe method and manhole rehabilitation. The project includes approximately 5,900 linear feet of sewer lines and 100 VF of manhole that needs Level C manhole rehabilitation, and one manhole to be removed and replaced with new precast concrete manhole. Key aspects of the project include:
• Cleaning and videoing of sanitary sewers
• Lining of sewer lines using the Cured-In-Place Pipe method
• Manhole rehabilitation, including Level C rehabilitation and replacement of one manhole
• The project will be awarded in one contract
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid
