The City of Klamath Falls is seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to deliver three new pre‑engineered metal structures: a 60 × 120 ft wastewater shop building, a 50 × 50 ft streets shop building, and an 80 × 120 ft equipment‑storage roof‑only structure. The contractor must provide full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering, obtain all permits, and complete construction by June 30 2027.
