Description
The Charles County Public Schools is seeking a Construction Management (CM) consulting firm to provide services for the modernization/addition of La Plata High School in La Plata, MD. The estimated construction cost is between $120-$140 million. The selected firm will provide a range of professional Construction Management at Risk (CMR) services during the pre-construction and construction phases. These services will include evaluations of project scope, constructability analysis, project budget, solicitation of trade contracts, management of trade construction production schedules, and establishment of a guaranteed maximum price.
• The firm should have a minimum of five years of CMR experience.

• The firm should submit a formal letter of interest on their letterhead to Susan Pond by 4:00 pm on October 10, 2025.
• The completed Request for Qualifications package should be submitted as seven bound copies and one digital copy on USB (pdf format) to the office of Planning and Construction by 4:00 pm, October 29, 2025.
