The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Office of Acquisition (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single source, Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies (SANS Institute) in Rockville, MD, for training. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12.102, FAR Class Deviation 25-21, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
