New Forensic Science Building at the Bissell Campus

The State of Delaware’s Division of Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Construction Management firm to oversee the pre‑construction and construction phases of a new 100,000 sq ft forensic science facility on the historic Emily Bissell Hospital site in Wilmington. The CM will be responsible for cost estimating, bid package development, contractor coordination, schedule management, historic‑preservation oversight, utility tie‑ins, and final close‑out.
