TPP Upper Sioux Project - Sources Sought

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is conducting market research to identify qualified small-business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing construction services for a riverbank stabilization project near Granite Falls, Minnesota. The project will provide riverbank stabilization along the Minnesota River to protect infrastructure and associated resources from continued erosion. Major work items include site preparation, excavation, grading, placement of riprap, and final site restoration. The government is contemplating a Total Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. • The project is expected to occur over 18-24 months from Notice to Proceed. • The estimated magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. • The project is open only to small business concerns under NAICS 237990. • Respondents are requested to provide a concise capability statement containing business information, bonding capacity, relevant experience, and capabilities and self-performance.
