Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters is seeking a contractor to perform surface preparation, paint applications, and lighting replacement at the UMSB Suite 304. The project involves renovating the existing space, including the removal and replacement of ceiling tiles and grid systems. The contractor will be required to meet at the CUDE Building 2592 for a site visit, which is strongly recommended.
• The project requires surface preparation and paint applications on walls and door frames.
• The contractor must replace the existing ceiling tiles and grid systems with new ones.
• The project includes the installation of 2x2 LED dimmable lights.
