The government needs two high‑quality 24 × 36 in posters printed on gloss‑coated cover stock for the ICE‑HSI Trade Division/GSCIU. The contractor must handle pre‑press scaling, full‑bleed preparation, either offset or digital printing, trimming, flat packing, and traceable carrier shipment to two addresses in Virginia and Maryland. Proofs must be sent electronically and confirmed by phone; a W‑9 is required before payment.
• Print two 24 × 36 in, one‑sided posters on JCP L11 gloss‑coated cover (100 lb).
• Use either conventional offset or digital printing (single method for the whole job) with water‑resistant, 4‑color process ink at ≥ 2400 dpi (or 1200 dpi with high‑quality RIP).
• Ship flat, no pallets, with “Fragile/Do Not Stack/Do Not Crush” labels; delivery must arrive by 24 July 2026.
