The Department of Correction is establishing a rolling‑enrollment, multi‑award contract to supply and support silk‑screen, sign, and textile‑industry operations. The solicitation is broken into five commodity categories covering machinery, maintenance services, software, raw‑material supplies, and miscellaneous hardware. Vendors may submit bids at any time before the rolling‑enrollment cut‑off and will be evaluated upon receipt, with Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) preference applied where applicable.
• Category 1 – Equipment, machinery, tools for silk‑screen and sign production (e.g., presses, cutters, frames).
• Category 2 – Maintenance, repair, technical support, and auxiliary services for the equipment.
• Category 3 – Design/production software (ADA‑compliant) with upgrades, bug fixes, and support.
• Category 4 – Raw materials and consumables (sign blanks, vinyl, inks, adhesives, chemicals, packaging).
• Category 5 – Miscellaneous parts, hardware, and related supplies (hardware, packaging, trade‑in items).
Bidders must provide cost sheets, discount information, insurance certifications, PREA compliance, and may receive a three‑year base term with two optional three‑year renewals.
