Description
The Township of Monroe is re‑advertising a FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project to improve the parking lot at its Municipal Building. Bidders must purchase the bid documents for $50, submit a sealed bid on the RVE‑prepared form, and provide a bid bond of at least 10 % (capped at $20,000). The bid opening will be held on March 17 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Building. The project is funded by HUD’s CDBG program and must comply with HUD wage determinations, Section 3 employment requirements, and New Jersey prevailing‑wage and public‑works statutes. Minority‑ and women‑owned firms are encouraged to participate.
