Description
The State of Michigan Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to replace the roofs of the PSB and Fieldhouse buildings at the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility. The project involves removing the existing roofing material, inspecting and repairing or replacing the underlying insulation and deck, and installing a new EPDM roofing system. The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating with the facility's maintenance department to ensure that any necessary electrical, gas, or duct work is completed. The project requires the contractor to verify all quantities prior to submitting a bid and to coordinate with the owner to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the specifications and manufacturer requirements.
