Request for Information - F-15 Heat Exchanger Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry to support the development of a Long-Term Support Strategy for the F-15EX program. The strategy aims to improve supply chain efficiencies, material availability, and supplier base for multiple Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and their subcomponents. The focus of this Request for Information (RFI) is on the provision of Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX's Condenser & Liquid/Air Condenser Heat Exchanger. Interested parties are invited to submit a White Paper describing their system, corporate overview information, and basic qualifications in managing hardware and software development projects. • The RFI seeks information on industry capabilities, emerging innovations, and alternative approaches to support the F-15EX program. • The Government is interested in industry input on developing the most efficient solution for organically repairing components related to Depot Activation. • The Government is interested in a solution to address Technical Data (TD)/data rights/Intellectual Property (IP) rights. • The Government seeks the most efficient solution for contracting and is interested in what the Contractor has on contract with the DoD.
