The Gwinnett County Police Precinct North Parking Lot will be upgraded with full‑depth asphalt removal, milling, overlay, seal coating, concrete curb/gutter repair, and new striping. Work must maintain at least one lane open, include traffic control, and be completed by 1 Nov 2026. The contractor must provide E‑Verify certification, appropriate insurance, and a one‑year warranty.
• Remove existing asphalt, mill ~3 in., and overlay with Superpave binder and topping (≈1.75 in. + 1.25 in.).
• Apply polymer‑modified coal‑tar sealer with sand, and install new concrete curb/gutter (type 2 GDOT 9032B).
• Provide new striping, wheel stops, signs, and ensure ADA‑compliant parking layout.
• Maintain lane access throughout, provide phased traffic control, and notify county inspector 24 hrs before each phase.
• Complete all work within normal daytime hours (7 am‑7 pm) with optional weekend access; adhere to noise ordinance after 10 pm.
