LHA-7 Fan Room and Vent Plenum in 02-114-2-Q; refurbish

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is soliciting a competitive quotation for the refurbishment of the Fan Room and Vent Plenum in 02-114-2-Q on the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). The work will be performed aboard the vessel at Sasebo Naval Base in Japan. The period of performance is from 13 Oct 2026 to 29 Jan 2027. The contractor must possess an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. • The contractor will be responsible for refurbishing the Fan Room and Vent Plenum in 02-114-2-Q. • The work must be completed within the specified period of performance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region. • The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 if located outside Japan.
