The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan, Purchasing and Contracting Division is seeking to purchase two Can-Am Defender MAX Limited HD11 Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) for the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) and the Grayling Air to Ground Range in Michigan. The UTVs must be all-weather and all-terrain capable. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical capabilities, and past performance.
Key points to consider:
• The UTVs must meet the requirements specified in the Description of Requirement (DOR) document.
• The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct negotiations and make an award without discussions.
• The quoter must provide sufficient descriptive data to validate that each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the description column/attached specifications sheet.
• The Government will consider the quoter's past performance information obtained from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), and other sources available to the Government.
