Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for the roof replacement of the Keepers House and the Carriage House at Marblehead Lighthouse State Park. The project involves removing roofing materials, replacing damaged and rotten sheathing, applying winterguard and water leak barrier, and installing new shingles. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The project requires the supplier to remove roofing materials and replace any damaged and rotten sheathing.
• The supplier must apply winterguard and water leak barrier to all eaves, valleys, soil stacks, around chimneys, and other penetrations on the roof.
• The supplier must install hip and ridge capping and dispose of all materials.
• The project has a completion date of May 22, 2026.
• Site visits are available by appointment only from 12/22/2025 through 1/13/2026.
