Description
The City of Revere is seeking bids for the construction of the Suffolk Downs Phase 1R Off-Site Roadway Improvements project. The project includes infrastructure, sidewalk, center median, and guardrail reconstruction and improvements on Route 1A Southbound. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The contract will be funded through the MassWorks Grant Program. Key features of the project include:
