Crosby High School Boy's Locker Room Renovation

The City of Waterbury is soliciting qualified contractors to renovate the boys locker room at Crosby High School. The scope includes demolition, installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, epoxy flooring, ceiling replacement, painting, lighting upgrades, ceramic tile restoration, shower modifications, and related electrical and finish work. All work must be performed safely within an occupied school environment, and attendance at a mandatory information session is required for prospective bidders. • Demolition and removal of existing locker room finishes • Installation of new LVT and epoxy flooring systems • Replacement of ceiling tiles, lighting fixtures, and painting of interior surfaces • Restoration of ceramic tile and modification of shower stalls • Coordination of electrical, plumbing, and finish work in an occupied school building
